Insulated gates involve the use of mineral wool and foam. The gates are revetted on both sides with sheets of corrugated board, and between them there is a heater that helps to heat a small garage in the cold season.

A welded frame is a supporting element of the structure, which consists of two mandatory parts - an external frame and an internal one. In addition to the welding machine, square and grinder, you also need a laser tape measure to help you get the job done faster and with the greatest ease.

Before you start assembling the welded frame, you should accurately measure the opening of the garage door in length and width.

After the construction of the welded frame is ready, all places where seams have formed after welding should be sanded.

The frame is the main element of the entire structure, and it consists of two parts, and also forms the sash. For the manufacture of a metal frame, you will definitely need a welding machine, a steel profile, a grinder, a tape measure, a long metal ruler, as well as a building level two meters long.

In order to align the structure horizontally and vertically of the frame, a level is required, followed by the welding stage.

At this stage of installation, the double-leaf gates to be installed should be well fixed. This may require a bolt, in the role of which you need to use the pin directly in the vertical position. Bolts are used to close leaves in garage doors and achieve the greatest security. As a rule, they are installed in the inner part of the canvas.

In order to prevent metal corrosion and moisture ingress on the surface, all elements should be covered with a layer of a specialized primer that protects the material.

Now, after complete drying, you need to fix the outer and inner parts of the welding frame to the slopes in the area where the garage openings are located. For this metal pins will be required, the ends of which need to be welded, then grind all the seams and cover with paint.

They can be mounted both at the beginning of the process itself and at the end - this is not important. As a heater, you can use a heat curtain made of high strength plastic or tarpaulin.
