Korchagin and T.A.Tereshonkova, completed work on the creation of culture in 2014. And already in 2015, the variety was included in the State Register of the Russian Federation for growing both under film and in the open field on the territory of personal subsidiary farms. The role of originators was assumed by the well-known companies OOO Center Ogorodnik and OOO Agrofirma Poisk.

The bush Heart of Siberia is powerful, the plant is tall, indeterminate, it can stretch up to 1.5, and up to 1.9 m. The foliage grows large, light green in color. The inflorescences on the trunk are simple, they have articulations.

They are quite massive, the weight of one fruit is always more than the 350-gram mark, on average - 350-400 g, and sometimes it reaches 600 grams. Unripe fruits are light green in color. The heart of Siberia is considered an early maturing variety. After germination and before the fruits ripen, only 92-110 days pass. Varietal tomato bears fruit for a long time. The dates for harvesting fruits, mentioned in official sources: from June 25-30 until the last days of August.

Yield

The described tomato variety has a high yield. Marketable fruits ripen in the amount of 7.9 kilograms per square meter of the plantation.

The timing of planting seedlings and planting in the ground

The culture already has sufficient cultivation practice. Therefore, all the terms have already been verified. So, sowing seedlings should be planned from 10 to 20 March. And the transfer of finished seedlings to the ground is carried out from May 5 to 25. More accurate dates are subject to local adjustments based on specific conditions.

Growing tomato seedlings is an extremely important process, because it largely depends on whether the gardener will be able to harvest at all. All aspects must be taken into account, from seedbed preparation to planting in the ground.

Landing scheme

It is best to plant tomatoes of the variety in question according to the 60x40 cm scheme.

Planting a tomato is a very important and painstaking business. In order to get a good harvest of tomatoes, you need to competently approach the issue of planting. When planting a tomato in the ground, it is necessary to take into account many factors - correctly determine the timing, prepare the soil, correctly calculate the distance between plants, take into account the rules of crop rotation.

Growing and care

Tomato Heart of Siberia is intended for cultivation both in open ground and in various kinds of greenhouses, including film greenhouses. Cultivation of a culture is not complete without tying the trunks to a support and forming a bush. Stepchildren should be removed several times during the growing season.

Watering a varietal tomato should be at the root, water should not get on the foliage and stems. The watering schedule is 1-2 times in 7 days, if the weather is hot, then 2-3 times a week. After watering, the soil is loosened, weeded, and covered with mulch. Top dressing is used traditional for tomatoes.

Watering tomatoes is not difficult. After planting, the plant is watered at such intervals that the soil remains moist. In dry weather, when there is no rain for a long time, watering can be carried out every day, but usually the beds with tomatoes are irrigated 2-3 times a week.
The methods of tying tomato bushes can vary significantly, depending on the availability of available material, the method of fixation, and also the variety. In general, it is recommended to adhere to the following scheme: first, the central stems are grabbed, and then, as the fruits ripen, the lateral branches.
One of the important conditions for tomato agricultural technology is the correct formation of the bush. The formation of tomato bushes means performing the following steps: pinching, pinching, trimming the leaves, normalizing the ovaries.

A plant needs different micronutrients at each stage of growth. All fertilizers can be divided into two groups: mineral and organic. Folk remedies are often used: iodine, yeast, bird droppings, eggshells.

It is important to observe the rate and period of feeding. This also applies to folk remedies and organic fertilizers.

Disease and pest resistance

The heart of Siberia has excellent immunity. The variety demonstrates especially high resistance in relation to common infectious diseases of nightshade crops.

Treatment and prevention of diseases and pests
When growing tomatoes in a greenhouse, diseases often occur due to a violation of the temperature regime and excessive humidity. The most common diseases are fungal (late blight, cladosporium, rot).
The fight against diseases and pests of tomatoes in open areas can be quite difficult. This is because nightshades are exposed to a wide variety of pathogens and insect pests.

Resistant to adverse weather conditions

The described culture has excellent stress resistance indicators. Therefore, tomatoes ripen under any changes in weather conditions.
