The Miracle garden variety is an unpretentious variety, which is distinguished by simple agricultural technology and high resistance to a number of diseases. The crop gives a large yield of giant tomatoes, which can reach a weight of 1.5 kg. Suitable for salads, slicing, juicing, tomato paste, dressings.

Description of the variety

The bush reaches a height of 180 cm, semi-spreading, strongly branched, strongly leafy. Leaves are medium tomato type, intense green, tend to curl. Growth type is indeterminate. The first inflorescence is laid after the 7th leaf. Barren flowers are absent, each flower forms an ovary. 8-9 brushes are formed on the main stem. There are 5-6 fruits in a bunch. Suitable for open beds, foil and conventional greenhouses.

The main qualities of the fruit

Large, weighing up to 600-1500 kg, flat-round shape with ribbing at the base, bright scarlet color, fleshy flesh, scarlet sugary at the break, thin strong skin, few seeds. The fruits do not crack. Stored in a dry and cool place for about 2 weeks. It is better to transport unripe.

Taste characteristics

Sweet with subtle sourness and fruity aftertaste, rich aroma. Contains a lot of sugar 5.5%.

Ripening and fruiting

Mid-season in terms of ripening, 112-124 days pass from the emergence of sprouts to harvest. In the cold season, it is recommended that large tomatoes be removed unripe together with the stalk and left to ripen indoors.

Yield

It is considered a high-yielding variety. From one bush remove from 5 to 7 kg.

The timing of planting seedlings and planting in the ground

The seeds are planted in a special tomato substrate. In the southern regions - from mid-February to early March, in the middle lane - from mid-March to early April, in the northern climate - from early April. Before planting, the seeds are disinfected in a solution of potassium permanganate and soaked in Fitosporin for several hours. Seedlings are kept at a temperature of 18-20 degrees, the length of daylight hours is about 14 hours. Watered with warm settled water under the root, fed every 2 weeks with vermicompost.

They dive at the stage of 1-2 of this leaf; for seedlings, take containers of at least 300 ml. Seedlings are planted in the ground at the age of 50-60 days from the end of April to June, when the soil warms up enough. 2 weeks before planting, nutrient soil for tomatoes is poured with a layer of 25 cm on the garden bed. Organic and mineral additives are added to the planting holes, spilled with a solution of potassium permanganate. For each seedling, a support is installed or tied to a trellis.

During the season, fertilizers are applied several times: for the first time, after 2 weeks, they are fed with complex mineral fertilizers, then organic and mineral fertilizers are alternated every 2 weeks, during the flowering period, the drug "NPK 5-10-10" is applied, when the first fruits appear - potassium compounds.

Growing tomato seedlings is an extremely important process, because it largely depends on whether the gardener will be able to harvest at all. All aspects must be taken into account, from seedbed preparation to planting in the ground.

Landing scheme

For 1 sq. m planted 3 bushes at a distance of 40 cm from each other.

Planting a tomato is a very important and painstaking business. In order to get a good harvest of tomatoes, you need to competently approach the issue of planting. When planting a tomato in the ground, it is necessary to take into account many factors - correctly determine the timing, prepare the soil, correctly calculate the distance between plants, take into account the rules of crop rotation.

Growing and care

The miracle of the garden is considered an uncomplicated culture in agricultural technology. The bush is formed into 1-2 trunks. A large number of flowers are formed on the plants, so it is recommended to remove some of the inflorescences. They begin to go to sleep in July. It is carried out every 7-10 days, removing shoots that have reached a length of 7-8 cm. On the day when pinching is carried out, do not water. In the second half of summer, they stop removing leaves and shoots. After the appearance of 5-6 fruit brushes, pinch the top.

A favorable microclimate is created in the greenhouse: the air temperature should not exceed +30 degrees, the humidity level should be in the range of 50-70%. When the temperature rises, the greenhouses are ventilated, and the open beds are shaded.

It is imperative to tie up the stems and fruit brushes, otherwise the harvest will be lost. The variety is considered self-pollinating, but for better ovary formation, it is recommended to shake the stems during flowering. The variety prefers moderate watering.

Mulch beds are watered and loosened every 7-10 days, if there is no layer of mulch, then 2-3 times every 7 days.

Watering tomatoes is not difficult. After planting, the plant is watered at such intervals that the soil remains moist. In dry weather, when there is no rain for a long time, watering can be carried out every day, but usually the beds with tomatoes are irrigated 2-3 times a week.
The methods of tying tomato bushes can vary significantly, depending on the availability of available material, the method of fixation, and also the variety. In general, it is recommended to adhere to the following scheme: first, the central stems are grabbed, and then, as the fruits ripen, the lateral branches.
One of the important conditions for tomato agricultural technology is the correct formation of the bush. The formation of tomato bushes means performing the following steps: pinching, pinching, trimming the leaves, normalizing the ovaries.

A plant needs different micronutrients at each stage of growth. All fertilizers can be divided into two groups: mineral and organic. Folk remedies are often used: iodine, yeast, bird droppings, eggshells.

It is important to observe the rate and period of feeding. This also applies to folk remedies and organic fertilizers.

Disease and pest resistance

Drought tolerant and light shade. Tomatoes are tied even with temperature changes and changing weather.

Treatment and prevention of diseases and pests
When growing tomatoes in a greenhouse, diseases often occur due to a violation of the temperature regime and excessive humidity. The most common diseases are fungal (late blight, cladosporium, rot).
The fight against diseases and pests of tomatoes in open areas can be quite difficult. This is because nightshades are exposed to a wide variety of pathogens and insect pests.

Resistant to adverse weather conditions

Differs in high immunity, but can be affected by brown spot or tobacco mosaic virus. When signs of a virus appear, it is recommended to cut off diseased shoots, treat the cut with potassium permanganate, spray it with Barrier and Zaslon preparations. The preparations "Hom", "Ordan" help against late blight. The variety is resistant to verticillium.

Of the pests, Colorado beetles, slugs, caterpillars, aphids, and a bear are dangerous. For prevention, spray it several times with soapy water, sprinkle with ash. Whitefly is treated with Confidor.

Growing regions

Grown throughout Russia: in the northern regions only under a film, often heated, in the middle lane in open and closed ground, in the south - in ordinary beds.

Review overview

Gardeners like the garden miracle tomato, the tomatoes are very large and tasty: the first two weigh more than 1 kg, the rest are not so large. They note a very high yield: 24 fruits ranging in size from 500 to 200 grams were removed from one plant during the season. Some people notice that more tomatoes are tied into one stem when formed.
