As part of each brush, 6 ovaries are formed, which form beautiful clusters, while the ovaries are not cut off. Up to 5 brushes develop on one stem.

Fruits are multi-chambered, have from 3 to 4 seed nests, the pulp is dense and fleshy. Tomatoes weigh 90–100 g, they are characterized by excellent transportability.

Taste characteristics

The salad variety of tomatoes Tsarskaya branch has a balanced, harmonious wonderful taste, has an intense aroma. Often the fruits are eaten fresh, and are also suitable for whole-fruit canning.

Ripening and fruiting

The Tsar's branch is an early ripening variety. Its fruits begin to ripen 95-100 days after germination. However, the weather always makes adjustments. However, most of the harvest takes place in July-August. The fruits are formed until the end of September. The first harvests are possible in mid-June.

Yield

Commodity yield indicators recorded in film unheated greenhouses are from 7.3 to 7.8 kg / sq. m.

The timing of planting seedlings and planting in the ground

Basically, the sowing time depends on the climatic characteristics of the region. Most often, sowing seeds for seedlings is organized in March, after the 20th, this period lasts until April 10. A pick is obligatory when 1-2 leaves appear.

Planting seedlings in the ground occurs at the age of 45–55 days, namely: from May 15 to June 5. In this case, the soil should warm up to + 15 °. In the southern regions, the transfer of seedlings to the ground can be carried out earlier, from late April to mid-May.

Growing tomato seedlings is an extremely important process, because it largely depends on whether the gardener will be able to harvest at all. All aspects must be taken into account, from seedbed preparation to planting in the ground.

Landing scheme

Plants are placed according to the scheme 50X40 cm, the planting density should be no more than 4-5 bushes per 1 m 2.

Planting a tomato is a very important and painstaking business. In order to get a good harvest of tomatoes, you need to competently approach the issue of planting. When planting a tomato in the ground, it is necessary to take into account many factors - correctly determine the timing, prepare the soil, correctly calculate the distance between plants, take into account the rules of crop rotation.

Growing and care

Tomato Tsarskaya Vetka is notable for its easy care. The formation of the bushes is not required, they are not pinned. However, they are still tied up. There are nuances: when growing varietal tomatoes in an open garden, shoots are not formed, while greenhouse bushes still need to be pinned, and usually 2 stems are left.

Variety Tsar's branch is an unpretentious plant, but without some attention it will develop poorly, it may even get sick. Above all, moderate irrigation should be provided for tomatoes. Watering frequency will depend on weather conditions. It is impossible to overdry or swamp the soil.

To preserve moisture, mulching is carried out. You can use straw, sawdust, then mix everything with ash. Plants for growth and development will also need weeding, loosening and feeding. The optimum temperature for the variety to start bearing fruit is 23–28 ° C.

For the cultivation of tomatoes of the described variety, it is better to provide a sunny corner of the site, however, it is necessary to protect the plant from the scorching rays. To do this, you can use a special or ordinary mosquito net.

Watering tomatoes is not difficult. After planting, the plant is watered at such intervals that the soil remains moist. In dry weather, when there is no rain for a long time, watering can be carried out every day, but usually the beds with tomatoes are irrigated 2-3 times a week.
The methods of tying tomato bushes can vary significantly, depending on the availability of available material, the method of fixation, and also the variety. In general, it is recommended to adhere to the following scheme: first, the central stems are grabbed, and then, as the fruits ripen, the lateral branches.
One of the important conditions for tomato agricultural technology is the correct formation of the bush. The formation of tomato bushes means performing the following steps: pinching, pinching, trimming the leaves, normalizing the ovaries.

A plant needs different micronutrients at each stage of growth. All fertilizers can be divided into two groups: mineral and organic. Folk remedies are often used: iodine, yeast, bird droppings, eggshells.

It is important to observe the rate and period of feeding. This also applies to folk remedies and organic fertilizers.

Disease and pest resistance

Since the plant is varietal, breeders took care of protecting the crop from the tobacco mosaic virus. Very rarely, verticillus and fusarium lesions occur. Tomatoes have time to fully ripen even before phytophthora begins to spread in the middle lane.

Treatment and prevention of diseases and pests
When growing tomatoes in a greenhouse, diseases often occur due to a violation of the temperature regime and excessive humidity. The most common diseases are fungal (late blight, cladosporium, rot).
The fight against diseases and pests of tomatoes in open areas can be quite difficult. This is because nightshades are exposed to a wide variety of pathogens and insect pests.

Resistant to adverse weather conditions

A cold-resistant and heat-resistant reliable variety Tsarskaya branch can withstand both heat and frost practically without consequences.
