Like the U-shaped element, the C-shaped products are not complemented by perforations in their device. To strengthen the existing bearing properties, a stiffener is provided along the entire structure.

A similar profile is installed simultaneously with the above-described U-shaped structural element. These parts are required to be attached to each other. The dimensions of such profiles must be selected very carefully so that their joining is as tight and strong as possible. It is necessary to take into account the fact that the greatest load of the entire structure will be transferred precisely to the rack-type profiles, therefore, when choosing them, it is especially important to make sure of their rigidity and strength.

PSh profile

This detail is also called a hat detail. It is a continuous component of great length. It is made from rolled galvanized steel. It has a curved shape, made in the form of the Latin letter omega. The part acquires this structure due to cold rolling on roll forming equipment. In the construction field, the considered type of profile is used for the installation of facade and roofing battens. The parts are very lightweight, and provided that they are correctly sized, their installation is very simple and hassle-free.

Rack thermal profile

A similar assortment of metal has both a shape and a material of manufacture, as is the case with an ordinary rack-mount profile. It is also made of galvanized steel coil. It is run in the form of strips by cold rolling through a roll forming machine. The design of the profile under consideration also has a stiffener.

This profile differs from the usual one in that an offset perforation is applied along its entire length. Special openings facilitate unobstructed air penetration. Thanks to this, the appearance of cold and frozen zones in the metal frame base of the building is noticeably reduced. The use of the details under consideration contributes to a better and more efficient thermal insulation of wall structures and ceilings, due to which the finished house does not need auxiliary insulation.

Rack parts can be used as vertical racks along the construction of load-bearing walls, internal partitions. These elements are used in the construction of roofing and interfloor ceilings, equipment of the attic.Rack structures must be extremely durable.

This requirement is due to the fact that these components are located at the base of the frame - a very serious load is applied to them.

Guide thermal profile

Long piece made of galvanized steel. Differs in wear resistance and durability. The production method of such products is cold-rolled. A distinctive characteristic of the profile in question is the presence of perforation. It is applied along the entire length of the part. The holes are made even, but with a slight offset. This ensures unhindered air circulation.
