If life is unthinkable without indoor flowers, but the size of the dwelling does not allow placing them in large quantities, you can resort to using hanging pots. The plus is that you can quickly make them with your own hands from easily accessible and, one might say, free material that is in every home. We are talking about ordinary plastic bottles, which are usually thrown into the trash can, but if you show a little imagination and diligence, they can be given a second life, turning them into original "cup holders" for flower pots.

For products you need materials:

  • plastic bottles;
  • stationery knife;
  • hole puncher;
  • acrylic or aerosol paints;
  • paint brush;
  • glue gun or superglue;
  • strong cord.

Products are manufactured in several stages.

  1. Cut the bottom of the bottle to the desired size using a utility knife. If not, sharp scissors can be used. In order for the muzzle of an animal to flaunt on the pots, you need to cut out the blank immediately with the contours of the ears. Additionally, cut or punch holes for threading the cord.
  2. Paint the craft from the outside in the desired color with a brush or cover with an aerosol from a can, let dry. Drying time depends on the brand of paint used. To paint on a muzzle, for example, a cat or a hare, to the pre-cut ears. Dry again, then thread the cord through the prepared holes.
  3. It is difficult to cut off a part of the bottle so that the edge is perfectly straight. A beautiful braid will help to hide this flaw. Apply glue around the edge of the craft along the width of the braid and carefully fasten, leave to dry.
  4. Place a flower pot inside and hang it in any place you like.

A planter for flowers will wonderfully revive and decorate any room.
