• Grooving tool - helps to form geometrically complex holes, depressions, located at an angle of 90 degrees.
• Edge cutter - serves for processing chamfers along the edge of a drywall sheet.

Milling includes the following steps:

• The required size of drywall sheet is taken, placed on a hard surface.

• For convenience, the places where the cutter will pass are marked with lines.
• A rule is used to determine the accuracy of the indentation. It is installed to the left of the platinum.
• Milling is performed with smooth, even movements.

• Particles of dust and waste material are removed from the working surface.
• Sticky foam is applied to the formed groove.
• A 90 degree angle is created.
• Until the foam dries up, the structure is fixed with tape.

• when processing the material, a large amount of dust is generated, which requires the use of agents that protect the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, lungs;
• relatively large financial costs.

This method is advisable to use when the repair time is limited or it is required to obtain smooth, precise surfaces of complex shape.

Milling at home without a special dust-absorbing device can be a real disaster. The release of a huge amount of dust leads to severe pollution of the room, and also negatively affects health.

For the formation of surfaces of different complexity and shape, it is necessary to use special cutters. It is not recommended to use such a tool for woodworking. Since in this case it is not suitable for processing a denser material than drywall: the surfaces are of lower quality.

If the formation of complex configurations is required, it is better to purchase a complete set of devices with various nozzles that allow you to create the required geometric shapes.
