Cauliflower Garantia has long settled in domestic summer cottages, demonstrating reliability and high consumer qualities for more than 50 years.

Work on a new variety of cauliflower called Guarantee was completed in 1963. The author of the culture, breeder Nikolai Grigorievich Vasilenko, at that time worked at the educational and scientific center "Vegetable Experimental Station named after V. I. Edelstein ". After filing an application for admission to cultivation, the variety was on variety testing for 5 years. Finally, in 1968 it was entered into the State Register and zoned throughout the country. The originator of the culture was the selection station named after V.I. N.N. Timofeeva.

The cauliflower variety "Guarantee" is famous for its excellent and delicate taste of cabbage heads. Everyone likes him. If desired, it can be cultivated both in greenhouses and in open beds. The main advantage of the Guarantee cauliflower is its belonging to the category of varieties. It always attracts consumers.

The described culture is a medium-sized bush with a height of 40-50 cm. The head of the Garantiya cauliflower has a round-flat shape, and it is quite large in size. The weight of one fork is from 800 grams to 1.2 kilograms. The consistency is fine-grained, dense. The head is white inside, has a cream shade. In the heat, when there is an excess of sunlight, gardeners cover the heads of cabbage with leaves, fastening them on top with rubber bands, or simply tie them. This simple move preserves the snow-white color of the head of cabbage.

Gardeners and cauliflower lovers note the excellent taste of the Guarantee variety. It is ideal for the preparation of any home cooking, the heads are frozen, canned, eaten fresh.

Variety Guarantee is early maturing. This means that 70 to 100 days pass directly from seed germination to harvest.

The variety is versatile, it can be cultivated in various parts of the country. And this has already been proven by summer residents and agrarians of almost all regions, such as the Central Black Earth Region, the Northern and North-Western, Central and Volga-Vyatka, Middle and Lower Volga, Ural, Western and East Siberian, as well as the North Caucasus and the Far East.

The culture is most often grown by the seedling method. As for the specific dates for sowing cauliflower Guarantee, they are most often the following: sowing for seedlings should be started from March 15 to April 15 inclusive. After sowing, the container with the seedlings is covered with foil to create optimal conditions for germination. Next, the seedlings are exposed in well-lit places, for example, a windowsill on the south side.When transplanting grown seedlings, it should be 40-50 days and 4-6 leaves should appear on the shoots. The transplant into the ground can be carried out from April 20 to May 10.

For cultivation of varietal cabbage, it is better to choose open, sunny places. At the same time, when planting on a garden bed, it is recommended to adhere to the 60x40 centimeters scheme. At the beginning of the growing season, cauliflower of the Guarantee variety requires daily watering; subsequently, it is worth irrigating the plantings at least twice a week. It is recommended to feed the cabbage at least 3 times during the season. And it is also necessary to arrange loosening and weeding, as well as the prevention of diseases and attacks of cabbage pests.
