• choose a convenient place to install the block and button;
• de-energize (turn off) the electricity supply in the apartment;
• drill a hole from the hallway to the staircase;
• lead a cable to connect both parts of the device;
• install the main unit and the button in the places designated for them;
• connect a zero cable to the internal device;
• connect the phase from the button to the distribution boards;
• re-energize and test the bell by pressing a button.
