Neff cookers: how to assemble a set of hob and oven?
Nowadays, traditional hobs are increasingly being replaced by special hobs. They integrate into worktops and save space in the kitchen. Such devices are made of modern materials and are distinguished by reliability, safety, ease of use and attractive appearance.
A little about the company
NEFF is a world famous brand of kitchen and household appliances. This German company has existed for over 140 years - since 1877. Among the whole variety of kitchen appliances produced by the Neff brand, one should separately highlight hobs - both gas and electric stoves, including induction ones. The manufacturer did not provide data on the efficiency of electric and induction hobs. Although for induction cookers, the average efficiency is 90%.

All Neff appliances are equipped with the latest control and monitoring programs for the cooking process.
Gas appliances are electrically protected against fuel (gas) leaks. Almost all models are equipped with residual heat indicators - that is, after switching off the hotplate, they show how hot the hob is.
In terms of cost, induction cookers are leading, however, they are much more economical in terms of energy consumption. Gas kitchen appliances are traditionally considered the cheapest.
Operating tips
Treat your technique with care. Glass-ceramic and ceramic hobs, including the control panel, require special treatment: stains and scratches can easily appear on such surfaces. To clean such panels, you must use special cleaning agents to avoid damage to the hob.
Inductive panels up to 5 kW can be switched on simply by plugging the plug into the mains socket. More powerful devices require separate wiring, and modern and high-quality, if these conditions are not met, you can achieve a circuit and fire the electrical wires. Also note: such devices cannot be connected through extension cords or tees - induction devices must be connected to a grounded outlet.
Do not forget that inductive cooking devices require the use of special ferromagnetic cookware for cooking, or, alternatively, a special adapter-stand for ordinary cookware.
Observe the instructions for use of the devices. Do not try to remove the panel and repair the devices yourself - contact the service centers.
