Today, many housewives are engaged in baking, which is why they ask their husbands to buy them an oven. However, when choosing such a device, it is worth focusing not only on its functionality, but also on how harmoniously it will be combined with the general interior of the kitchen.

Peculiarities

The correct selection of colors for all components of the kitchen space (headset, dining group, household appliances) plays an important role in interior design. It should be noted that the selected shades must be combined with each other.

It is not necessary to select all of the same tone, but the kitchen should not dazzle with a variety of colors, as this may soon begin to annoy.

In terms of design, all ovens can be divided into two large groups:

  • modern units;
  • devices in retro style.

    The second type differs from the first by the presence of such elements as:

    • mechanical type regulators;
    • light body and door;
    • round oven glass;
    • bronze, brass or forged fittings.

    Such ovens will ideally fit into the interiors of kitchens, which are made in a classic style. Moreover, it will not be difficult to find an oven of this type now: many manufacturers have such in their assortment.

    Distinctive features of modern ovens are as follows:

    • sharp lines;
    • minimalism in design;
    • glossy surface (in most cases).

    The most popular colors are white, black, gray with a shimmer.

    Choosing a color

    White

    For many people, ovens in this color are associated with Soviet times, when there was little choice. Today, the range of white ovens has increased significantly, as a result of which they can successfully fit into various interiors and create harmonious and unique kitchen ensembles.

    Devices of a similar color go well with almost all shades... But the most interesting are combinations with blue, black, red, yellow. It is wiser to choose light-colored ovens for small kitchens, as they will allow a little, but increase space. As for the styles, it is best to build such units into interiors made in the modern or classic style.

    Beige

        Very practical and at the same time, a beige oven will be an interesting option. Unlike the white counterparts on it stains and streaks will not be so noticeable, which will allow the device to look attractive for a longer time. The beige color goes well with any other tones. For example, a combination of such an oven with a brown, blue or white set will be interesting.

        Designers recommend installing such a unit not only in large rooms, but also in small ones, since, thanks to its colors, it will not get out of the general ensemble and attract excessive attention to itself. It is recommended to choose a beige oven for classic interiors, country and Provence styles.

        Black

        Black is pretty color unique in its aesthetic properties, which will highlight any kitchen design in an original way. An oven in a dark shade, unfortunately, is not suitable for all rooms, but only for spacious ones. Otherwise, the space will visually decrease significantly.

        Best of all, the black unit is combined with a headset made in cold shades of colors. These include gray, blue, light blue, cold beige colors.Devices in black are suitable for such areas in interior design, which are distinguished by roughness or contrast. Among them are Scandinavian style, loft, modern classics, art deco, minimalism.

        Stainless steel

        The oven, made in silver (and this is exactly what stainless steel has), always looks modern and presentable... At the same time, it is quite inexpensive. Thanks to the smooth and shiny surface of such a unit, you can profitably transform the kitchen and create an accent on the work area. The color of stainless steel is combined with many tones that are most often used in kitchen design: black, beige, blue, white.

        Please note that it is undesirable to install several devices of a similar color in the interior of the kitchen, otherwise the space will look overloaded. A practical and correct solution would be to choose the hob and oven in a single steel color.

        The stainless steel oven is perfect for modern kitchens.

        Brown

        Often in stores you can find ovens of this color. Since many people have this color associated with natural, natural, a brown oven will bring coziness, warmth and comfort to the equipped kitchen room. Household appliances of this color will successfully fit into an orange kitchen, as well as into combined ensembles, where, for example, the upper half is made in beige and the lower half is in dark brown. Simultaneous use of a brown headset and the same color of the oven is allowed.
