Choosing PVC-coated cotton gloves

Quite a few people try to choose PVC coated cotton gloves. They are justified where the level of stress and hazards is relatively low. But nevertheless, the selection of a suitable product should be carried out as carefully and deliberately as possible.

It makes sense to use cotton gloves with PVC coating in the garden and during household construction, repair work. • "Point" (decoration with a dot pattern over the entire surface);

• "Brick" (similar to building masonry);

• logo (combines purely practical functions with company promotion, but costs more than other types).

The preference for cotton fiber for work gloves is quite predictable - it does not threaten with allergic reactions, it allows sweat to pass through and provides ventilation. High-quality cotton also removes heat well. The edges of the cuffs are usually made from rubber grades that are highly viscous. Improvement in performance is usually achieved by using additional knitted fibers from other materials.

The number of fibers used is also important. So, knitting by 5 threads turns out to be denser. It allows better protection from dirt and dust. The use of a relatively thin fiber increases the sensitivity of the hands. No wonder it is preferred in laboratories and other critical industries.

4-strand gloves wear out a little faster. They are loved by movers and other people who have to work with heavy, uncomfortable objects. The grip is much better.

Of course, gloves should be tried on. And not just put it on your hand, but find out how the fist bends, whether the sensations are normal, whether it is convenient to take various objects. An equally important point is the level of surface sliding. It is advisable to feel the gloves on the outside, check them for weight. If the description mentions any additional elements, the same cuffs, it is advisable to immediately evaluate them.

In good gloves, the ends of the "fingers" are covered with an increased layer of material, because that is where protection is most needed. The incomplete coverage option is used by loaders, builders and repairmen. But full PVC coverage is important with frequent contact with caustic substances. Double douche increases the overall level of protection. However, the glove will be more expensive and heavier.
