The kitchen is the place where everyone spends most of their free time. Therefore, it is not surprising that everyone wants to make it more comfortable and convenient.

Any furniture is selected taking into account all parameters of the kitchen, its functionality and area. Therefore, often, in order to avoid irrational littering, you can find the hob and oven "living" separately from each other.

About the brand

There are a large number of household appliances on the market that are offered to us by different manufacturers. These are both domestic and foreign models. There are manufacturers that have proven themselves very well, for example, the Turkish company Beko. This company has existed for 64 years on the world stage, but only in 1997 it was able to reach Russia.

Beko products are very diverse: from refrigerators, dishwashers and washing machines to stoves and ovens. The principle of the company is accessibility - the opportunity for each segment of the population to acquire the necessary equipment.

Built-in ovens are the best option for saving space. They are divided into gas and electric. A gas cabinet is a traditional option that is available and found in almost every kitchen. The peculiarity of this model is in natural convection.

The electrical cabinet does not have the function of natural convection. The advantage of such models is the functionality that is embedded in them. For example, the ability to customize the mode for cooking certain foods. Minus of the model - high power consumption and open access to wiring.

Features of gas ovens

The small range of gas ovens is primarily due to the fact that there is no active demand for the gas segment among consumers. More and more customers can be found who prefer electrical cabinets. After all, independent connection of such stoves is prohibited, which means that you need to call gas workers. But for proper operation, skills, skills and materials are required.

Consider the main models of Beko gas ovens.

OIG 12100X

The model has a steel colored panel. Dimensions are standard 60 cm wide and 55 cm deep. The total volume is about 40 liters. The inside is covered with enamel. There is no self-cleaning function, so cleaning is done manually. Enamel is very sensitive, so hard, bristly and metal brushes are best avoided. The manufacturer recommends installing this model together with an extractor hood or in a room with good air circulation. If the kitchen is small and there is no hood in it, this oven will not be a very rational solution.

The model is standard in control - there are 3 switches, each of which is responsible for its own functionality: thermostat, grill and timer. The thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature, that is, "0 degrees" the oven is off, the minimum is heating up to 140 degrees, the maximum is up to 240. The maximum time in the timer is 240 minutes. It is because of the function of the grill in the room that an exhaust hood is required.

To start this program, you must leave the door open throughout the entire cooking process, otherwise the fuse will trip.

OIG 12101

This model of a gas oven outwardly practically does not differ from the previous one, the differences lie in functions and dimensions. The first is an increase in volume to 49 liters.The second is the presence of an electric grill, which means that more accurate time tracking is possible. The price for the oven itself, even with an electric grill, is not so high, and is on a par with the previous model.

OIG 14101

The device is available in white and black. The power of this cabinet is the smallest of all the company's gas cabinets, namely: 2.15 kW, which is almost 0.10 less than that of other models. The timer range has also changed and instead of the standard 240 minutes, only 140.

Electrical devices

The Turkish company positions itself as a manufacturer for the middle class, so almost all products are labeled “budget”. That is why, in terms of design, there is no variety of shapes, a large palette of colors, as well as some unique solutions. Everything is more than the same.

On the functional side, electrical cabinets are more "filled" than gas cabinets. The built-in microwave function alone speaks volumes. But the presence of a large package of different options is not an effective indicator.

And all because the power for each separate mode is impressive, but the power of the device itself is not so great.

If we compare with gas appliances, then the variety of electrical appliances will be greater, at least, for example, in the inner coating. There are two types of coverage for the choice of consumers.

  • Standard enamel... In some models, there is such a variety as Easy Clean or "easy cleaning". The main advantage of this coating is that all dirt does not bite into the surface. The company itself claims that a self-cleaning mode is provided for ovens with Easy Clean enamel. Pour water into a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 60-85 degrees. Due to fumes, all excess dirt will move away from the walls, you just have to wipe the surface.
  • Catalytic enamel is a new generation material. Its positive side lies in the rough surface, in which a special catalyst is hidden. It is activated when the oven is heated to a high temperature, a reaction occurs - all the fat that settles on the walls is split during the reaction. All that remains is to wipe the oven after use.

It should be noted that catalytic enamel is a very expensive product, so you need to check whether the entire surface of the oven is covered with it. Usually, in order not to make the unit too expensive, only the back wall with a fan is covered with such enamel. Consider also several popular models of Beko electric ovens.

BCM 12300 X

One of the worthy representatives of electric ovens is a compact specimen with the following dimensions: height 45.5 cm, width 59.5 cm, depth 56.7 cm. The volume is relatively small - only 48 liters. Case color - stainless steel, inner filling - black enamel. There is a digital display. The door has 3 built-in glasses and opens downwards. Additional characteristics are that this model provides 8 modes of use, in particular, fast heating, volumetric heating, grilling, reinforced grill. Heating comes from both the bottom and the top. The maximum temperature is 280 degrees.

There are functions:

  • steam cleaning the chamber;
  • Sveta;
  • sound signal;
  • door lock;
  • built-in clock;
  • emergency shutdown of the oven.

OIE 22101 X

Another Beko model is more overall than the previous one, the parameters of its body are: width 59 cm, height 59 cm, depth 56 cm. The volume of this device is much larger - 65 liters, which is 17 liters more than that of the previous cabinet. The body color is silver. The door also swings down, but the number of glasses in the door is equal to two. The number of modes is 7, they include a grill function, convection. Internal coating - black enamel.

Parameters that are missing:

  • locking system;
  • emergency turn-off;
  • clock and display;
  • Microwave;
  • defrosting;
  • built-in water tank.

How to choose telescopic rails?

There are 3 types of guides.

  • Stationary.They are attached to the inside of the oven and the baking tray and wire rack rest on them. It is found in the complete set of a large number of ovens. Cannot be removed from the oven.
  • Removable. It is possible to remove the guides in order to rinse the oven. The sheet slides along the guides and does not touch the walls.
  • Telescopic runner that slides out after the baking sheet outside the oven. In order to get a sheet, there is no need to climb into the oven itself.

The main advantage of the telescopic system is safety - contact with a hot surface is minimized. Indeed, during cooking, the stove can be heated up to 240 degrees. Any careless movement may result in burns.

It should be noted that such a function will increase the cost of equipment by several thousand rubles. Cleaning will become much more difficult, because there will be no additional self-cleaning function. Such a system does not tolerate too high temperatures required for cleaning. And during cooking, fat gets on both the fasteners and the rods, therefore, in order to flush them, you will have to disassemble the entire system.

It is better to purchase a cabinet with built-in telescopic rails, it will be less costly, and the installation will be correct. But if this is not possible, then you can install such guides yourself.

In the next video, you will find an overview of the built-in oven Beko OIM 25600.
